Dear All
The ICT Centre is responsible for granting rights to users of different Information Systems used in the management for different University processes. In order to efficiently serve you, the requests for rights should be sent to director-ict@uonbi.ac.ke email address. The request sent to this email address should be;
1. Requested by the Head of Department in the form of a signed memo. This memo can be scanned and sent using the University official email of the Department or the Head of Department.
2. All requests should be sent to the Director, ICT (director-ict@uonbi.ac.ke) and not individual staff emails
3. All requests should have:-
a. Payroll number and full names of the staff to be granted rights
b. The specific tasks/duties they will perform in the system and not just the system name and
c. Email address of the staff to be granted rights for feedback purposes.
Kindly adhere to these guidelines to avoid unnecessary delays. We shall only be able to expeditiously process the complete requests.
