As  part    of  prudential   management   of  the   limited  parking  spaces  within  the University establishment  in  order   to  serve  all  stakeholders,   this   department   is tasked by  management   to  ensure   that no student   or  staff   leave   his/her   car parked  overnight in our  parking  yards.

In  some  circumstances,   however, some  staff  members  do  have  genuine  reasons why  they   are  forced to  leave   their   cars   parked  overnight  or  even  for  days.     In that    regard,   staff   or   a   student   is   required   to   seek   for   permission   to   park his/her   vehicle overnight  and   on  very  special cases   for  days   from  the  Campus Security Chief  where he/  she  is domiciled.
