Budgetary Control Section
Overview
The Budgetary Control Section has embarked on financial year budgeting activities that focuses on the financial sustainability of day to day activities of the university management, staff and students.
Budgetary section is currently headed by Mr. Fredrick Nganga
The Section Functions include:
- forecasting on financial outcomes of University of Nairobi
- allocating financial resources to various established accounts in University of Nairobi’s
- Determining the University of Nairobi’s financial direction.
- Forecasting on financial outcomes of the University of Nairobi.
- Allocating financial resources to various established accounts in the University of Nairobi’s.
- Controlling income and expenditure of accounts.
- Advice the management on the financial projections of the established accounts.
- Prepare management reports.
- Setting targets in financial numerical terms.
