HRMIS:

The Human Resource Management Information System is subdivided into 3 major Accounting  subsystems namely:

  • Payroll - Payroll processing and production of payroll reports
  • Budgetary - Income and expenditure in the university of Nairobi
  • Tax returns - Production of P9 (tax return) forms

 

Student Management Information System

 

A student online portal whose functionalities include:

  • Students Results
  • Students Time Table
  • Fee Statements
  • Online room booking
  • Interfaculty Transfers
  • Student ID application

Advance Register Management

Internally designed & developed application to manage and control advance funds applications by University staff members
