In the spirit of supporting our sports women and men, the University of Nairobi will hold a virtual sports recognition and awards ceremony today, Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 9.00 am. The event will be live streamed on our website www.uonbi.ac.ke.
It was a pandemonium when Corona Virus disease landed in China, Europe, America and eventually in Africa. Confusion reigned supreme as virtually everything came to a standstill. All large gatherings were stopped immediately, learning institutions and churches were closed as lockdowns become the order of the day. The air of confusion was thick; you could cut it with a razor blade.

The University Library's VIRTUAL open week is underway from today, 23rd to 25th June 2020 . This event is strictly for Staff and Students of the University of Nairobi.
The theme of the Open Week is “University of Nairobi Library Designing Equitable Foundations for Open Knowledge”. This occasion is geared towards promoting Library services so as to enhance access and utilization of information resources.
